Rides to Recovery Terms of Service

Organizations wishing to join the rides to recovery:

Our Rides to Recovery program was created to provide transportation for those needing to get to treatment. Our application/agreement is to be filled out by the group or organization dealing directly with and on behalf of their clients.

Once the application is complete, signed and approved a link will be provided with the steps to set up and join. Once the process is complete, ride requests are now operable. The approved organization is now ready to request rides for their clients.

A receipt of all rides placed through our program will be sent to both MightyDrum, Inc. and the organization for their verification and reporting needs. The organization placing the rides will also have the ability to track their ride activity for their records. MightyDrum reserves the right to terminate the program of any organization for any activity that breaches the contract.

This service caters to veterans, our children, loved ones, neighbors, the homeless, disabled, all faiths, all ages and walks of life...in their fight for life. Whether it is their first time or hundredth, they deserve EVERY chance to succeed.

Rides to Recovery Rules of Service

1.     Approved organization shall only arrange for transportation to facilitate the Sole Purpose and no unauthorized stops, detours, pick-ups shall occur.

2.     Approved organization shall advise individuals that no alcohol or substance will be allowed in the UBER and that the individual shall act in a polite and courteous manner.

3.   Approved organization shall obtain MightyDrum’s prior consent for any UBER rides outside of Massachusetts.

4.    MightyDrum, Inc. has the right to terminate this Agreement at any time.
